Although, I am weary of dealerships, the opposite was true here. The price was the price, and offered an extended warranty that was impossible to turn down. At no time was I pressured to do anything. This was the BEST experience I have had in over 50 years of purchasing new cars! Val Clark was the sales person who sold me the 2026 Hybrid Santa Fe Limited. The sale took less than two hours including a 15 minute test drive! The “out the door” cost was $4,500 less than a quote from another dealer! Service and sales are just better here than in reno. I have had nothing but problems with LITHIA Hyundai of reno and Carson city Hyundai was just better the facility is nicer they do a fantastic job and the car was done faster than they had originally stated. Where as LITHIA you’ll be there all day.

I was in having my Genesis serviced and while waiting, I looked at the sales lot! I spotted a Tucson hybrid and wanted to know more! Vai was quick to help me and the next thing I knew, we were test driving it! Vai knew the car inside and out and shared info on all of the features and benefits... enough so that when we got back I was convinced this was the car for me! If it had not been for her knowledge and enthusiasm, I may not have seen that the Tucson was for me. It turns out that I love the car and I'm so happy I bought it!
